"Home Is Where The Heart Is"
I grew up playing football. The game formed many aspects of who I am today. As a striker / midfielder, performing under pressure was something that I got accustomed to from a young age. The game taught me about determination, perseverance and hard work, and never giving up something I carry to this day. I went from a junior league average striker / midfielder  to playing senior football for Arncliffe YMCA by the age of 14 I was selected to play for NSW under 16 Churches Football Association.
I was living the dream, pursuing my dreams as an amateur athlete and dedicating a lot of time and energy to improving. After a knee injury, my interest started to wane and I stopped pursuing my football passion, finished my schooling and decided on a gap year where I worked as a delivery pizza driver and paper boy.
My passion for real estate began as a teenager, during my apprenticeship years whilst delivering real estate brochures through the streets of St George, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury Bankstown & the Inner West. My desire to succeed in the real estate industry was fuelled by the diversity of homes & people in the area. I commenced my career as an assistant property manager and then worked my way up to become a senior property manager in just a few short years. The move into sales was a natural progression for me, and whilst sales was always been my end goal, I wanted to be sure that I had well rounded knowledge of the industry first, in order to be able to provide my clients with advice that could encompass all facets of real estate.
As a young entrepreneur, I opened my own bespoke Real Estate Agency ( Crown Property Group Australia ) in 2002 thanks to the leadership skills I learned through sports and my position as a senior property manager and as a sales associate in a large franchise organisation. My ability to resolve problems, manage relationships, and negotiate allowed me to grow my client base and business.
The most rewarding aspect of work is helping people. Whether buying, selling or renting, property is not about bricks & mortar - it’s about people and I’m extremely proud of my involvement since 1996 in the Sydney to Wollongong Bike ride raising a total over $50,000, in support of Multiple Sclerosis Society. I’m also an active member with Bundeena NSW Rural Fire Brigade and was deployed to assist with the 2019 - 2020 Bushfire crisis and was awarded with the NSW Premier’s Bushfire Emergency Citation for my contribution. t’s a privilege to be able to support and give back to the community.
Now, I’m getting to do what I love every day. I absolutely love my job and can’t imagine doing anything else. I get to meet people from all walks of life and help them make their dreams come true. Whether it’s finding the perfect home, connecting with the right buyer, or selecting the best investment opportunity, I get a rush from it all and feel that I have finally found my niche.
