When we embarked on our journey to sell our home of 13 years, the decision to move occurred within a 1month period. There was work to be done in order to have the house ready by the following month.
Zoran had sold our previous home and also sold 61 Dowling St to us, so we had previous experience working with Zoran. Time has changed over 13 years and we did question whether we should look to having a different agent sell the house with a different marketing approach. So to do our due diligence we reached out to two other agents, one local to the area and one from outside of the area to consider our options. We cannot fault the service that Zoran offered in selling our house. He kept us up to date with every house viewing and allowed us to make decisions around the marketing strategies utilised. He even offered one of his paintings from his office to be used at the house which did make a difference to the feel of the dining room! I can say that I don’t believe any other agent would have provided that level of support or service offered by Zoran.

We bought our property 20 years ago from Zoran, we only had one choice when we wanted to make the move, and that was engaging Zoran to sell our much loved family home.
